Conducting Training Assemblies
Today, on April 6, at the government meeting, a decision was made regarding “Announcing Training Assemblies and Involving Transport Vehicles of Bodies Responsible for Military Transport Obligations.”
According to the draft decision, it is planned to conduct training assemblies for reservists from May 1 to July 7, 2023, and involve transport vehicles from bodies responsible for military transport obligations. The objectives of the training assemblies will be defined, along with the composition, numbers, involvement deadlines of the reservists, as well as the types and numbers of involved transport vehicles and their engagement timelines.
Up to 2,715 citizens will participate in the training assemblies, including 2,431 from the rank-and-file and junior subordinate staff, 124 from senior subordinate staff, and 160 from reserve officers with specialties in various units (motorized infantry, communications, reconnaissance, engineering) and artillery.
For the implementation of the training assemblies, from May 1 to July 7, 2023, up to 278 units of transport vehicles will be engaged from bodies responsible for military transport obligations, with the involvement of each vehicle not exceeding 7 calendar days, except for construction vehicles, which may be involved for up to 25 calendar days.
