The parties discussed the latest developments in the process of normalizing Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
Particular attention was paid to Azerbaijan's illegal blockade of the Lachin corridor and its consequences, within which the Secretary of the Security Council emphasized the necessity of sending an international fact-finding group to the Lachin corridor and Nagorno-Karabakh.
