Pashinyan Congratulates Erdogan on His Birthday
Recently, there have been various movements in the process of Armenian-Turkish relations, reports the daily newspaper "Pats." After the devastating earthquake in Turkey, there have been expressions of official condolences, the sending of humanitarian aid, and a visit from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, following which new dimensions are gradually being "conquered" in this matter, albeit mainly unilaterally.
A source from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has conveyed that on Sunday, Nikol Pashinyan congratulated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his 69th birthday. It is noted that this occurred not according to "ordinary" protocol, but via intermediaries; the congratulations were transferred through the "pipeline" of Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kilic.
