Macron Calls on Aliyev to Ensure Free Movement through the Lachin Corridor
French President Emmanuel Macron has held a phone conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. This was reported by Agence France-Presse, citing the Élysée Palace.
During the call, Macron urged Aliyev to ensure free movement between Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia. "During the phone conversation, Macron expressed his serious concern about the resumption of tensions in the South Caucasus and called for ensuring free movement throughout the Lachin corridor," the news outlet stated.
