“Ruben Vardanyan has no connection to Russia.” This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a joint press conference after talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.
“At Vardanyan's request, the President of the Russian Federation has deprived him of citizenship. His visit to Karabakh has nothing to do with Russia,” Lavrov said.
