Charles Michel Calls for Suspension of Russia's Membership in the UN Security Council
The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, believes that it is necessary to suspend Russia's membership in the UN Security Council. Michel emphasized the need to develop a mechanism to suspend Russia's membership in the Security Council, as it violates international law. He made this statement in an interview with RTVI.
“I think there is a flaw in international law, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, in this case, Russia, is grossly violating international law,” Michel highlighted.
