Lavrov and Bayramov to Meet Without Mirzoyan
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will meet his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov in Moscow tomorrow, according to Azerbaijani media reports.
“On December 23, negotiations will be held in Moscow between the Foreign Ministers of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan, S.V. Lavrov and D.A. Bayramov,” the Russian Foreign Ministry announced.
Earlier today, it was reported that a meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan was initially planned for December 23 in Moscow. However, the Armenian side requested to postpone the meeting, as the current priority for Armenia's Foreign Minister is addressing the unimpeded reopening of the Lachin corridor and the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh.
