Zahharova on Military-Technical Cooperation Between Azerbaijan and Turkey
The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, has addressed the issue of military-technical cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey. Zakharova made comments on this topic during a weekly press briefing.
“Every country has the right to establish military and military-technical cooperation with partner countries, but we believe that this should not be directed against third countries and should not disrupt the balance of power in the South Caucasus. We regularly convey this thesis to our partners in the region,” said Zakharova.
