Poland's Lower House of Parliament Recognizes Russia as a 'State Supporting Terrorism'

On the evening of December 14, Poland's Sejm (the lower house of Parliament) passed a resolution recognizing Russia as a 'state supporting terrorism,' as reported by RIA Novosti.

The resolution was supported by 231 members, while 226 did not participate in the voting.

The document states, 'The Sejm of the Republic of Poland recognizes the Russian Federation as a state supporting terrorism and using terrorist methods.' It further mentions that the Russian Federation systematically violates human rights, international law, the UN Charter, and other obligations, engages in the annexation of foreign territories, armed attacks, war crimes, and genocides, and approaches economic actions, particularly in the energy sector, with hostility.
