Ararat Mirzoyan has released a statement regarding the death of Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei.
“I am deeply shocked by the news of the death of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Vladimirovich Makei,” wrote Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan on Twitter. “I extend my sincere condolences to Vladimir Vladimirovich's family and friends,” he added.
