Compensation for Soldiers Injured During September 13 Aggression Revealed
The government approved a social support initiative for soldiers injured or experiencing mental health issues due to Azerbaijan's large-scale aggression against Armenia, during its meeting today on November 17.
This assistance is specifically for soldiers who do not have a first or second degree disability, as they are classified as temporarily incapable of work and thus are at risk of facing difficult life situations.
Soldiers who were injured or developed mental health problems as a result of the aggression will receive social support in the amount of 500,000 AMD. The implementation of this initiative is allocated 146.5 million AMD from the state budget to provide assistance to 293 beneficiaries (293 x 500,000 = 146,500,000 AMD).
