U.S. President Joe Biden slipped on the stairs while attending the G20 summit, with assistance from his Indonesian counterpart, Joko Widodo. Local media have aired footage showing Biden arriving by presidential vehicle at the mangroves event, where leaders were set to participate in a tree planting ceremony.

Biden exited the vehicle, engaged in a brief conversation with Widodo, and then slipped on the final step while ascending the stairs. The Indonesian president helped him up.
