VIDEO: More than 90 Dead Following Suspension Bridge Collapse in India, 70 Hospitalized
The death toll from the collapse of a suspension bridge in India has surpassed 90 people, according to NDTV.
Reports indicate that an additional 70 individuals were injured and have been taken to hospital. Local authorities have accepted responsibility for the tragedy. The bridge had just undergone renovations, which were completed only four days ago after being closed for two years.
