EU Initiates Monitoring Mission on Armenia-Azerbaijan Border, Says Borrell
Josep Borrell, the head of European Union diplomacy, has announced that the EU has begun a monitoring mission on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
“The deployment of this mission has started today,” Borrell stated. He also expressed his intention to inform European leaders about the decision regarding the mission, which was adopted during the EU Foreign Ministers' meeting.
