Aliyev Complains About Russia in the West, and About the West in the CIS: Marukyan
Aliyev complains about Russia in Western capitals, while he criticizes the West upon returning to the CIS. Both the West and Russia are aware of his behaviors. This was stated by Ambassador-at-Large Edmond Marukyan on his Facebook page.
It is noteworthy that today in Astana, Aliyev made harsh statements regarding French President Emmanuel Macron, claiming that the September clashes were halted through Russian mediation.
