Armen Grigoryan Meets with Delegation Led by Artsakh National Assembly President
On October 13, in Yerevan, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan met with a delegation led by Arthur Tovmasyan, the President of the National Assembly of Artsakh. The delegation included the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh Davit Babayan, presidential advisor Masis Mayilyan, the permanent representative of Artsakh in Armenia Sergey Ghazaryan, and the Chairman of the Permanent Commission on Foreign Relations of the Artsakh National Assembly Vahram Balayan.
During the meeting, Armen Grigoryan provided details on the ongoing negotiation process across various fronts. Following that, the parties exchanged views and assessments regarding the security situation surrounding Armenia and Artsakh.
