Shares of Eduardo Eurnekian's Company to be Transferred to the State Property Management Committee
The management rights of the 100% state-owned shares of the closed joint-stock company "Salsa Development" will be transferred to the State Property Management Committee of Armenia. This proposal has been submitted to the government by the Committee of Urban Development of Armenia, as reported by Armlur.
It is noteworthy that "Salsa Development" is a subsidiary of the company "Tango," which purchased the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building. The balance sheet of "Salsa Development" includes a 0.5081 ha plot of land located at 3 V. Sargsyan Street in Yerevan. The owner of "Tango" is the Argentine-Armenian businessman Eduardo Eurnekian.
Recall that on March 5, 2013, an auction took place for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, which had no bidders, and the building, valued at $51,271,000, was handed over to the buyer, "Tango."
