We Must Not Be Afraid to Make Decisions: Tough Decisions - Pashinyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke about the issue of remaining in power during a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Vladivostok. “We have not left, nor can we leave for a simple reason: we have said that we cannot throw aside the power we received from the people, abandon it, and walk away. We will take back the power we received from the people and return it to the people; let the people decide who they give it to. Whomever they choose, their decision is not subject to discussion for us,” the Prime Minister stated.
He further added that in 2018, they came to power in a state of euphoria. “The state of power is more complicated. Do you know why? Because we came to power in 2018 under euphoric conditions. And we collided with harsh reality. But now we must draw conclusions regarding our worldview. We must not be afraid to make decisions—tough decisions,” the Prime Minister emphasized, noting that these decisions must lead them forward, stating that “remaining at the same point is not an option.”
