"A Cold Shower Needs to Be Organized": Ukraine's Prime Minister
In an interview with DPA agency on Friday, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal urged the European Union to prohibit issuing visas to Russian students and tourists. He stated that it is impossible to separate Russian citizens into "good and bad."
"A cold shower needs to be organized for Russian society in the form of a visa ban for tourists and students," he argued.
The Ukrainian Prime Minister noted that some Russian citizens are "living a beautiful life in the West, enjoying their vacations" there.
