New Charges Filed Against Arzumanyan Based on Kyochi's Testimony

It has already been reported that former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Mikael Arzumanyan, has been charged in the so-called case of the surrender of Shushi. It has now become known to Politik.am that the charges against Arzumanyan have been amended.

According to sources from the news outlet, the basis for the new charges against Arzumanyan is the testimony of the well-known commander Karen Jalavyan, also known as Kyochi.
