«I Don’t Particularly Follow My Wife’s Facebook Page» - Dumanyan
Today, during a press conference, Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports Vahram Dumanyan stated that when the education strategy was adopted in the government session, it was mentioned that up to eight universities could merge. Dumanyan noted that this cannot be considered a closure, as this government is in favor of opening universities.
“We are still in the discussion phase. When there are concrete decisions, we will announce them,” emphasized Dumanyan. According to him, the issue is not about buildings, but about quality education.
Journalists also asked Dumanyan to comment on one of his wife's recent Facebook posts, which contains sharp criticisms directed at the political team of which he is also a part. Dumanyan responded that he does not particularly follow his wife's Facebook page.
It is worth recalling that Dumanyan’s wife wrote on her Facebook page: “The Turk has entered Agavn.” It’s maddening. Meanwhile, we’re having parties and festivals... A parallel reality, an indifferent world, pain... And each of us is a participant in this.”
