Discussion Was Not Easy: Pashinyan on Brussels Meeting
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke today at a government meeting regarding the meeting held in Brussels with Charles Michel and Ilham Aliyev. He emphasized, “The discussion was extensive, it was not easy, but I want to note that our objectives remain the same as I have previously announced. The Armenian government has adopted a peace agenda, and we need determination here to implement this agenda. We must understand that it is not easy, it is not clear, and possible solutions are not obvious. We need to continue to work consistently.”
Pashinyan stated that the wish of the Armenian people is to establish lasting and comprehensive peace in the region as soon as possible. “We need to focus more and more on solving this issue,” the Prime Minister remarked.
