I Believe We Must Urgently Amend the Constitution and Hold Elections: Samvel Babayan

“The internal political situation in Artsakh cannot be summed up in a single word. I believe we must urgently amend the Constitution and hold elections. The political forces that are elected will govern; otherwise, nothing will change. To put it bluntly, it’s chaos,” said Samvel Babayan, the former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, during an interview regarding the current internal political situation in Artsakh.

Regarding the opposition’s upcoming rally on September 2, Babayan stated, “I know all of them; none can save Artsakh. First and foremost, we need to have a plan.”
