Germany Can No Longer Supply Weapons to Ukraine: Spiegel
Germany can no longer supply weapons to Ukraine. The country's Ministry of Defense has announced that further supplies would be detrimental to its own stockpiles. Three members of the Bundestag have criticized the German government for not supplying more weapons to Ukraine, according to Spiegel.
“Regarding supplies from the Bundeswehr's reserves, we have reached an acceptable limit,” said ministry spokesperson Christian Lambrecht.
Chancellor Olaf Scholz's office, for its part, stated that a significant quantity of weapons has already been sent to Kyiv. They believe that there is already enough weaponry available and that it is essential to prevent further escalation of the conflict.
