Emergency Ministry Spokesperson on Pashinyan's 'Almost Excluding' Terrorism Theory
During a press briefing in the area of the 'Surmalu' shopping center, journalists asked the spokesperson of the Emergency Ministry, Hayk Kostanyan, whether the Ministry shares Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's opinion that the terrorist acts at 'Surmalu' are almost excluded, 'because there was smoke and people were fleeing.'
'Essentially, the assessments from the Emergency Ministry align because we have seen, I believe all of you have seen that smoke and the fire that preceded the explosion. I think the questions will be resolved by law enforcement agencies once they have a complete picture and will issue a statement regarding this matter.'
