Some Countries Cannot Be Allies Due to Deep Strategic Reasons – David Babayan
Some countries cannot effectively be allies due to deep strategic reasons. This was stated by David Babayan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.
“There are countries that cannot practically be allies for deep strategic reasons. However, there can be tactical rapprochements between them, so-called honeymoons. During these periods, it is essential to display particular wisdom, avoid adventurism and demagoguery as much as possible, and significantly value relations with fraternal countries,” he wrote.
