Increase in Stray Dogs in Yerevan Botanical Garden, Management Appeals to City Hall

Recently, the number of stray dogs in the Yerevan Botanical Garden has increased. The management of the Institute of Botany named after A. Takhtajan has already appealed to the Yerevan City Hall for the sterilization of stray dogs.

“We ask everyone to remain vigilant for some time until the issue of stray dogs in the Yerevan Botanical Garden is resolved. No matter how much the Yerevan City Hall engages in the sterilization of stray dogs, the results will not be noticeable as long as pets continue to be brought and simply released in the area of the Yerevan Botanical Garden,” it is stated on the Botanical Garden's Facebook page.
