France on Mirzoyan-Bayramov Meeting
France welcomes the meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, expressing readiness to continue working towards achieving sustainable peace in the South Caucasus.
"France once again reaffirms its commitment to the continuation of direct dialogue, aiming to create favorable conditions for the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia," states a declaration from the French diplomatic office.
The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan met in the capital of Georgia on July 16, without mediators. Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov expressed their willingness to continue communications.
