The statement from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense, alleging that Armenian Armed Forces units fired at Azerbaijani military positions in the eastern part of the border during the night of July 15-16, is disinformation. Meanwhile, it is the Azerbaijani armed forces that opened fire with various weapons, including large-caliber firearms, at the Armenian military positions located in the specified area of the border. The return fire from the Armenian side has silenced the Azerbaijani units.
