Police Response to Hayk Marutyan's Alert

On July 8, media reports emerged indicating that "Hayk Marutyan called the operational management center of the Police of the Republic of Armenia and reported that a traffic police vehicle was escorting private individuals on Admiral Isakov Avenue, passing through red lights and creating a dangerous situation, with insults also being shouted from one of the vehicles."

It should be noted that the escort was carried out by the special escort unit of the traffic police in accordance with established procedures and legal acts regulating the sector. An investigation is currently underway in the Malatia investigative department regarding the insults being shouted from the vehicles.
