The video was filmed in the temporarily occupied territories of Artsakh. Azerbaijan Postfactum's Telegram channel reports that this is a glimpse of the so-called 'corridor' section, where the railway and the highway run side by side.

The channel also reminds that 'Izvestia', citing its source, reports that Armenia and Azerbaijan have reached an agreement on the highway of the so-called 'Zangezur corridor' with the assistance of Russia.

Earlier, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan stated in an interview with TASS that the working group at the level of deputy prime ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia has managed to bring Yerevan and Baku's positions closer on many issues, particularly regarding border and customs control.
