The spokesperson for the GITC, Khachanush Grigoryan, has posted a photo on his Facebook page, writing: "Look, admire! This is a letter received at the email address of the Assessment and Testing Center from an impetuous and impatient applicant. By the way, he scored high points. I will not reveal his name or picture, but this boy represents his family and his school," wrote Grigoryan.
