Henrikh Mkhitaryan Not Invited to Legends Game

Former captain of the Armenian national team, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, was not included in the roster for the Legends national team.

In this regard, Tert.am sought clarification from the Football Federation of Armenia to understand the reason for Mkhitaryan's absence.

“Players who have retired from their careers have been invited to the friendly match, while Henrikh Mkhitaryan is an active player, and therefore he was not invited. Similarly, other players like Gevorg Ghazaryan, Hrayr Mkoyan, and others were also not invited,” stated the Public Relations and Information Department of the FFA.
