Company Ready to Transfer 'Borjomi' Factory Shares to Georgian Government for Free
IDS Borjomi International is prepared to transfer the controlling stake of the company that owns the 'Borjomi' mineral water bottling factories to the Georgian government. This was stated in a press release issued by the company on Thursday.
"IDS Borjomi International today announces that following negotiations with the Georgian government, it will officially offer a free transfer of shares of the company it controls to the Georgian government. This move will enable the Georgian government to participate in the management of an international company," the statement noted.
