Tension in the Capital: Arrests Made During Protests
Police have begun detaining citizens participating in a protest against disobedience and blocking streets.
Notably, last night, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, a member of the 'Resistance' movement, announced at France Square in Yerevan that peaceful acts of disobedience by the opposition would resume at 8 a.m. today. 'We must ensure that there is no space in the precincts, that police forces are insufficient, and that it is impossible to halt the protests in any way,' he stated.
