Armenian Athletes Become European Champions by Defeating Turkish and Azerbaijani Competitors

In the ongoing Arm Wrestling European Championship in Bucharest, Armenia's Ashot Adamyan has won a gold medal. The Armenian athlete triumphed in the 65 kg weight category final by defeating Azerbaijani Ismail Mustafaev, marking his 8th European Championship title.

In the 60 kg weight category, victory also belongs to the Armenian national team. The 17-year-old Arman Mrteyan has become a triple European champion, clinching his third gold medal, this time competing in the adult championship. Mrteyan won the final against Turkey's Orhan Uygun.
