Floating Restaurant Sinks in Kaluga
A floating restaurant named "Robinson" has sunk in the Russian city of Kaluga. The structure is almost entirely submerged underwater. The main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Kaluga region has reported that the water level of the Oka River has begun to rise again.
This year, the increase in water levels has disrupted communication between certain areas in the region.
