Zelensky: 'They Give Us Exactly What We Asked For'

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has announced that foreign partners have started sending the country "exactly the weapons they requested." The corresponding video message was published on his Telegram channel.

"I thank all our partners who finally listened to us. Those who give us exactly what we asked for," said the Ukrainian leader.

At the same time, Zelensky did not specify which types of weapons he was referring to. Just a day ago, the Canadian Ministry of Defense handed over heavy artillery and howitzers to Ukraine, weapons that Kyiv had previously requested.

Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron promised to send 'Caesar' self-propelled artillery systems to Ukraine. According to French media, heavy artillery and ammunition will be sent within a few days.
