The deployment of the Russian Federation's peacekeeping forces in Nagorno-Karabakh is undeniable; however, we see the necessity to enhance the effectiveness of the peacekeepers in several instances.

This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government meeting, according to Armenpress.

"The incursion of Azerbaijani units into the area of responsibility of the Russian Federation's peacekeeping forces in Nagorno-Karabakh, specifically in the Parukh region, is an extremely alarming fact, significant from the perspective of assessing the overall situation. We hope that the Russian peacekeeping forces will ensure the complete withdrawal of Azerbaijani units," the Prime Minister emphasized, highlighting the importance of ensuring security in Nagorno-Karabakh, a key component of which is the uninterrupted and unhindered operation of the Lachin corridor.
