Chechen blogger Tumso Abdurakhmanov spoke at a rally in Brussels in support of Ukraine.
Tumso openly called for the killing of Russian soldiers participating in the special operation.
The rally also featured Aslan Maskhadov's son, a leader of Chechen terrorists.
