Putin Ready to Send Delegation to Minsk, Says Peskov
Russia is prepared to send its delegation to Minsk for negotiations with Ukraine, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov announced to reporters.
“As you know, today Ukrainian President Zelensky stated his willingness to discuss Ukraine's neutral status. Initially, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared that the aim of the operation is to assist the LPR and DPR, including through demilitarization and denazification. And this, in fact, is an integral component of the neutral status. In this context, in response to Zelensky’s proposal, Vladimir Putin is ready to send a Russian delegation to Minsk at the level of representatives from the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Presidential Administration for negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation,” Peskov said.
