Moscow Open to Dialogue with Kyiv, Zakharova Says
Moscow has decided to initiate contacts with Kyiv and is open to dialogue. This was announced by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, as reported by RIA Novosti.
“The decision to start contacts and the possibility of forming a delegation was made very promptly (on the Russian side) and was publicly announced,” Zakharova stated during a press briefing.
Earlier, Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, announced that Vladimir Putin is ready to send a Russian delegation to Minsk for negotiations with Ukraine.
