Former Metro Director and Family Members Summoned to Prosecutor's Office
The Administrative Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia has sent summonses to former director of the Yerevan Metro, Paylak Yaloyan, as well as to his connected relatives: his wife, Svetlana Movsisyan, and two sons, Artak and Vahagn Yaloyan, as well as another individual, Marianna Hovhannisyan. This information was confirmed in a conversation with LURER.com by the Prosecutor General's Office.
“The court has granted the requests of the Prosecutor's Office to impose an arrest on their assets as a preliminary measure of security regarding the lawsuit. The investigation into the unlawful origin of their property has been completed, and they have been invited to the relevant department of the Prosecutor's Office to familiarize themselves with the proceedings and present their position,” the Prosecutor's Office stated.
