VIDEO: I believe Moses Hakobyan will have time to retract his statement, Kocharyan

Andranik Kocharyan, the chairman of the Permanent Committee on Defense and Security Issues, and a member of the ruling Civil Contract party, stated today during a session of the investigative committee studying the circumstances of the 44-day war that "Moses Hakobyan will have time to retract his statement, because the moral significance of this work is very great". This comment was made in response to the former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and former chief military inspector Moses Hakobyan's announcement regarding his non-participation in the session.

Kocharyan continued, “Mr. Hakobyan, I am sure will definitely come to the committee; otherwise, he must publicly answer the questions that will be posed to him.”

Recall that earlier, Moses Hakobyan had stated regarding his participation in the committee's session: “I do not plan to go to that committee because I have nothing to say.” Hakobyan also mentioned that he did not understand the purpose of the committee's formation.
