Armenian Skiers' Results at the Olympic Games
At the 24th Winter Olympic Games underway in Beijing, the 6th medal day kicked off with Armenian representatives Katya Galstyan and Angelina Muradyan competing in the women’s 10 km classical skiing event.
Among 98 participants, Katya Galstyan finished in 74th place with a time of 34 minutes and 37.5 seconds. The 29-year-old skier, competing in her third Olympic Games, concluded her race at Beijing 2022.
On the other hand, Angelina Muradyan, who was making her Olympic debut at just 18, finished in 94th place with a time of 39 minutes and 43.4 seconds. This also marked her first international experience.
Both athletes wrapped up their participation in the 24th Winter Olympic Games. The Olympic champion title was claimed by Norway’s Therese Johaug, who achieved a time of 28:06.3.
