The Initiative Belongs to the Armenian Side: Cavusoglu
Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has announced that the initiative for the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey to meet in Vienna belongs to the Armenian side. This is reported by trthaber.com.
According to him, the Armenian side has proposed to hold the second meeting either in Vienna or Geneva. “They have suggested meeting in Austria or Switzerland. In 2009, there was already an unsuccessful attempt to convene a meeting in Switzerland, which is why it was decided to meet in Vienna,” said Cavusoglu.
