Yes, a soldier must have either a vaccination or a negative PCR test to go on leave, the same applies for meetings. This was stated by Dr. Gevorg Grigoryan on his Facebook page.
“I am putting aside the obligation of vaccination for soldiers (although there's nothing to put aside), but I have a question: does a soldier have the opportunity to take a PCR test in the military unit... In short, happy Sunday to everyone,” wrote the doctor.
