“We Have No Right to Lose”: Shoigu on Information Warfare
Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu spoke about the importance of the information agenda during a broadcast on the Zvezda television channel. According to him, there is a brutal confrontation in this sphere around the world today.
“Today, it's not just about presenting information in one form or another; it is a large, and I am not afraid of this word, war—a information war that is taking place on all fronts, and we have no right to lose this war,” said the minister.
Shoigu emphasized that the Russian armed forces are among the most modern and combat-ready in the world. He noted that they reliably ensure the security of the country and protect its interests. The minister also highly valued the contribution of each soldier in strengthening the reputation of the Russian army.
