"Free Media Play an Accomplice Role in Violating Order" - Tokayev

The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, stated that free media and foreign actors have become accomplices in the unleashing of events in Kazakhstan. He specifically noted, "So-called free media and foreign actors, who are far from the fundamental interests of our multi-ethnic people, play a supportive and significantly provocative role in the violation of order. It can be said without exaggeration that all these irresponsible demagogues became accomplices in unleashing the tragedy that occurred in Kazakhstan," Tokayev said in a message addressed to the people of Kazakhstan.

According to the leader of the Republic of Kazakhstan, such actions cause significant harm to economic, social, and political stability. "And we will respond harshly to all acts of legal vandalism. There is no doubt that we will quickly overcome this dark period in our history," he added.
