This Means That Armenia Has Washed Its Hands of Karabakh: Kocharyan

We have gained clarity regarding Armenia's position on the status of Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, during his year-end press conference today, December 27.

"It is already clear that if the Prime Minister says that since 2016 there has been no even theoretical possibility for the status of Karabakh to be outside Azerbaijan, this is the position of Armenia. This means that Armenia has washed its hands of Karabakh. With these latest statements, the Prime Minister has, in fact, called into question the declaration of September 2 by Artsakh, which is the foundation of Karabakh's existence and formation. Either they do not understand what they are doing, or they are acting according to a plan, a puppet master's program is being implemented in Armenia.

Essentially, we are facing a systemic failure in all important directions. The most interesting thing is that when you go down from the first person, it becomes unclear whom to ask. No one works for a sufficient duration to answer anything. It feels like a mix of cards, they mix, divide, and then mix again," he stated.
